1.      Sign up by registering with the Central Michigan University representative at the conference prior to attending the conference sessions or institute.

2.      Cost is $10 payable at the conference to Central Michigan University.

3.      Attendance is verified by moderator signature on each session attended, including institute and keynote sessions.  The completed verification form must be retuned to the CEU administrator prior to leaving the conference

5.      Conferees have the following options in obtaining CEUs:

               .5 CEUs attendance for all Monday OR Tuesday sessions    

   .9 CEUs attending Sunday Institute AND concurrent session AND concurrent session AND all Monday Sessions.                        

1.0  CEUs attending all Monday AND Tuesday sessions    

1.3 CEUs attending all sessions from Sunday Institute through Tuesday sessions.
